At Create Irreality, we want you to love every product we create, but if something happens, here is what you need to know!
➥ Return Policy
✧ We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you're not completely happy with your product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Custom items (such as personalized products) are not eligible for return unless defective.
➥ Refund Process
✧ To initiate a return, please contact our customer service. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
➥ Damaged or Defective Items
✧ If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace the product or issue a full refund.
➥ Non-refundable Items
✧ The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Items that have been used, altered, or are no longer in resalable condition.
➥ Shipping Costs
✧ Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item is defective or damaged.

➥ Photography Sessions
✧ Session deposits are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
✧ If we can’t provide the session on our end, you’ll receive a full refund.
✧ We understand life happens, if there are any extenuating circumstances, please message us and we will do our best to work with you.
➥ Prints & Digital Products
✧ Digital downloads and custom prints are final sale.
✧ If a digital file is corrupted or a print arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
Your Satisfaction Matters
While we can’t offer refunds for creative preferences, we’ll always work with you to make adjustments and ensure you’re happy with your photos.

Graphic Design Services

➥ Design Projects
✧All custom design work is created specifically for you. Because of this, full refunds are not available once work has begun.
✧If you’re not satisfied with a design, we’ll work with you to make revisions until the project meets your expectations (within the agreed number of revisions).
➥ Digital Files
✧Final digital files are delivered in formats agreed upon in your project.
✧Once delivered, digital files are non-refundable.
